This project consisted of a 3,500 SF addition to an existing English Tudor style residence. Additionally, the existing 3,000 SF residence required complete renovations, resulting in a 6,500 SF addition/renovation.
The most remarkable feat of this entire project was that all construction was performed while the Owners resided there!
The addition(s) basically served as "book-ends" to the existing residence. Once the structures were completed, a complete structural re-construction occurred on the existing residence, the entire residence received a new roof and the new structures and existing residence received entirely new interiors.
This project was a recipient of the Build Florida Award presented by The Associated General Contractors of America.
