Residence - Plantation Road, Palm Beach FL
This "Bermuda Style" residence is a two-story, concrete and masonry structure on the island of Palm Beach. Our client was actually born and raised on the property and decided to construct this 6,500 SF home on the same site.
Renovation
Residence - Palm Beach FL
This "Regency Style" home was completely renovated by Marion Construction. The entire interior was selectively demolished and the floor plan was changed in its entirety. The project was nominated for an AGC Build Florida Award.
Residence - Wellington FL
This project consisted of a 3,500 SF addition to an existing English Tudor style residence. Additionally, the existing 3,000 SF residence would require complete renovations, resulting in a 6,500 SF addition/renovation. This project was a recipient of the AGC Build Florida Award.
Condominium Renovation
Condominium Renovation - West Palm Beach FL
This project was unique in that two condominium apartments were combined into one, resulting in a 5,000 SF penthouse incorporating the entire floor, including the elevator lobby, in its design. The project was nominated for an AGC Build Florida Award.
Historical Reclamation/Restoration
Cottage - Palm Beach FL
A challenging project in that during this reclamation / restoration, the goal was to maintain the majority of the original architectural elements while bringing all structural, mechanical, and functional systems compliant with current building codes. This project was a recipient of the AGC Build Florida Award.
Addition
Residence Addition - Jupiter FL
Marion Construction was instrumental in the design and construction of this 2,600 SF addition, consisting of an art gallery, game room and sitting area, master suite and pool pavilion. Upon completion of the addition, renovations occurred within the existing residence to transform the existing master suite into a kids' den and guest bedroom suite.
